Bing "Maui Foil" Gun 12'0" 1970 (10)
This is one of five items from the James Arness Collection. Made exclusively for James (Marshall Matt Dillon of "Gunsmoke" fame) Arness, it was patterned off the board his son Rolf used to win the 1970 World Surfing Championships. Because of his size, this particular board was made bigger and thicker to float and meant to be used in big wavesof Hawaii. Clear top and bottom, red pin line on lap, with hot-coated deck for lightness, guidance fin system,over size "Maui Foil" Bing logo. The incredible thing about this board is that it has never been ridden! In superb all original condition.pre-auction estimate: $5000-$10,000 NO RESERVE
