12'
Hollow wood board made circa 1948-49. This piece is probably one
of the true gems of the auction. Made by master cabinet maker, Harris
Warren who George Downing worked with and to this day still has
matching bottom contour templates!. Superb original condition made
with spruce deck and mahogany rails with compound rolled bottom
blending into "V" in the tail. Soft rounded rails, glued
seams, no screws and original varnish finish. Other than a nose
patch that was done in the early 50's, this board is in superb original
condition and probably one of the finest hollow surfboards in existence.
